I’m an award-winning playwright with an m.o. to write great roles for women where she’s the one who drives the action, has the fully-embodied experience, and, yes, the lion’s share of funny lines.

I narrate audiobooks, perform one-woman shows, develop living history programs, do voice-over work, conduct oral histories, and collaborate, direct, and act in as many productions as I can.  If it's funny, interesting or inspiring, I'll probably do it.

NEWSFLASH!

after productions at Great Barrington public theater in the Berkshires and gloucester stage in boston, MADAME MOZART, the lacrimosa will have a reading at london’s playground theater in march of 2026!
